Rumors for Sunday
Forsberg to Canucks (e3)
Canucks GM Dave Nonis has been in deep talks with the Philadelphia GM about bringing Peter Forsberg to the Canucks in exchange for Brendan Morrison, Matt Cooke, and a second round pick. If this deal goes through, the Canucks will trade Chouinard for a third round pick to create cap space. Forsberg is willing to waive his no-trade clause to come to Vancouver.

Leclair to Canucks (e4)
As soon as John Leclair was placed on waivers, the Canucks wanted to act quickly, but they had no space. They will try and create as much space as possible to claim John Leclair. This would help the Canucks to get some offense.
